Additional Resource: How do I manage permissions in the sub-account?

To prevent teachers from accidentally editing assignments or rubrics through the native Canvas pages, adjust the permission setting in the sub-account. To adjust the permissions settings:

1. From the main admin navigation menu, select "Sub-Accounts".
2. Select the desired sub-account.
3. With the sub-account open, select "Permissions"
4. In the permissions list, locate the "Assignments and Quizes" row.
5. Click on the green check mark icons and select "Disabled" to disable the permission.
6. Repeat for the "Rubrics" row.
